Welcome to RFP Digest (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

RFP Digest provides a weekly email digest of curated Requests for Proposals (RFPs) published by official city, county, and state agencies in Texas. Each digest includes summaries and links to the official sources where the full RFP documents can be obtained.

We do not issue, own, or guarantee the content of these RFPs. All RFPs are public information, and our service is for convenience and informational purposes only.

• New subscribers receive a two-week free trial.
• After the trial, the subscription is $39.99 per month, billed automatically via Stripe.
• Your subscription price is locked for life and will not increase.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed, but you may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
   

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the link provided in your subscription emails. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will not be billed again.

RFP Digest is a curation service. We do not guarantee that:

• You will be eligible for every RFP listed.
• You will win contracts by using the service.
• Every RFP published in Texas will be included (we focus on relevant and high-value opportunities).
   

We are not responsible for any missed opportunities, changes to RFPs, or inaccuracies in official postings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RFP Digest is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our service.
• Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the service is to cancel your subscription.
   

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
